The exquisite Stargazer design draws from an 1833 engraving by artist Vollmy, capturing the legendary Leonid Meteor shower—a celestial event that witnessed over 240,000 meteors illuminating the night sky in a single, awe-inspiring evening. Each falling star becomes a whispered wish, rendered in meticulous detail across the fabric. The sleeves feature an intricate moon motif sourced from rare 1899 astronomy artwork created at the prestigious Camille Flammarion Observatory near Paris—a touch of authentic vintage sophistication.
